Services Provided
Parent Enhancement Program offers coaching services aimed at supporting parents in enhancing their parenting skills and family dynamics. Details of our services, including pricing and packages, are available on our Site.

User Responsibilities

By using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or making purchases.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance using the methods specified on our Site.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, only if no products have been used and no digital content has been accessed or opened. No refunds will be issued once any service has been rendered, product used, or content accessed.If you are enrolled in a payment plan, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This covers the time, preparation, and customer support provided by our team.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule or cancel an appointment for individual coaching sessions, we require a minimum of 24 business hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a full session fee of $97 being charged.

Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded, and you cannot make up that week's content in any associated workshops or programs.If the appointment is a Discovery Call, you may reschedule one time for a later date, subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the exclusive property of Parent Enhancement Program and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent Enhancement Program shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or services.

Our team consists of certified parent coaches, not medical professionals, therapists, or licensed diagnosticians. Therefore, we do not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, or official diagnoses. All coaching is intended to support and guide, not to replace professional clinical or medical care.

By using our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively through mediation or arbitration in the state of North Carolina. In the event that the client does not prevail, they will be responsible for covering all legal and administrative costs incurred by Parent Enhancement Program.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or through mediation located in North Carolina.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date
