Jewels Royal, founder and Executive Director of the Parent Enhancement Program, brings over two decades of unparalleled experience in supporting parents and nurturing children. Having managed an in-home daycare that raised over 60 children, Royal's hands-on expertise in child development is both broad and deeply personal. Her journey as a caregiver and mentor has given her rare insights into the challenges parents face and the transformative ways they can guide their children's growth.
Certified as an international parent coach, Royal stays at the forefront of modern parenting techniques, continuously refining her approach to better serve today's families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she possesses specialized skills in supporting children with autism, offering personalized, empathetic care that meets each child’s unique developmental needs.
Her holistic understanding of child development, paired with a passion for empowering parents, has made her an invaluable force in her field. Through the Parent Enhancement Program, she is helping families raise confident, loving, and empathetic children, shaping the next generation with care and expertise..
